Blizzard trotted through the forest, he found he couldn't stop thinking of Sitka.

Sitka sat down by the river, thinking. She still loved Chayton, but she couldn't get her mind off Blizzard.

Thrush stumbled up. "Hey, hey, Ny--" she rasped weakly. Her eyes focused on Mel, and she realized she didn't know the wolf. "W-who are you?"

"Melosa, from Stonepack..." She said, bringing the pup out of the forest and towards Storm.

Mel let out a yelp so that Storm would look her way.

Marzipan sat in the forest, cold and alone.

He let out another loud howl. "any one" he called out.

"Mel!" North howled, before breaking off into a fit of coughing as he found himself in a pocket of black smoke. It stung his eyes and throat like needles.
