Night shut his mouth before he said something stupid like, "I wish I could have them for you so you don't have to" or something else that would make her think of him as an idiot. He yawned. "I think I'll go hunting now," he announced. "Maybe around the border; haven't bee there in a while."
 
Black Magic and Ice Princess strode into the densite, having recently been accepted into the pack.
 
Night sniffed around in the forest. He followed one of the fresher scent trails to a herd of elk. The group of prey animals was small and made mostly of healthy young ones. Night stared at them longingly, knowing he couldn't take one down on his own. He wondered where the rest of Pinepack was now.

There was a rustle of leaves, and a rank scent of what appeared to be a mix of loner and Darkpack wafted towards him.

Yukon padded back he carried two large rabbits in his jaws. He walked up beside Dawn and dropped one. "Here." He smiled, nosing it to her. He padded over to his den and left the other for the sleeping Yukina.
