West pelted to where he had promised to meet Sierra, he laid down on a huge boulder, that looked out over most of the loner land, he waited for her.

Aki panted, he skidded on loose rock as the bull swung his head at him.
Shadow leapt to the side, racing up underneath the bull, he snapped his powerful jaws onto a leg and twisted, he heard the snap, the leg broke, Shadow raced out from under him afraid the bull would fall, but he didn't he managed to keep his footing.
Aki lunged at the distracted beast, snapping for the bulls face. The bull suddenly turned, Aki cried out in agonizing pain, the bull lift his head, an antler and caught Aki right between the ribs and hip. He bull tossed his head, Aki yelped, thrown like a rag doll, he flew through the ground, until smacking hard into a tree.
Shadow watched in horror, he jumped away and raced to Aki, the alpha was out cold, blood trickled from his mouth and his leg was clearly broken. "Nyra, forget the bull, we need to get Aki back to Senkah."
Dawn awoke the next day, sitting on the Great Rock with a rather concerned look on her face. May hadn't returned last night. She brightened when she saw May enter the clearing, but furrowed her brow when she noticed that something was different. "She's not May..." she breathed.
Nyra leaped from the bull and raced up to Shadow. She observed the injured alpha, then locked her eyes on Shadow, "yes, we must." She nodded, walking to his left side.
Shadow lowered himself to the ground, he looked up at Nyra. "Help me get him on my back." He whispered.

Dawn narrowed her eyes at the wolf. "Her." Arrow was bounding around their paws.
"Hey Dawn, Yukon!" 'May' greeted them cheerfully. Though no other wolf would have been able to distinguish the voice, Dawn noticed there was a slight difference. She became suspicious.
"Hey... May," Dawn greeted her, "Would you mind taking Arrow out for a walk, May? I need to... go... do something..." She gave Yukon a look that said, play along
"Of course, sister." 'May's eyes looked kind of evil. "Arrow, come with me."
"Alright."
They walked off, going deep into the forest.
Sierra's bright white fur stood out among the honey colored grasses as she weaved her way towards the border. She scanned the clearing with her green eyes, and then laid down in the shade to wait. She couldn't see West on the boulder, and he was downwind from her.West pelted to where he had promised to meet Sierra, he laid down on a huge boulder, that looked out over most of the loner land, he waited for her.
