Akira sat by the river, watching the fish swim by. She waited for the right moment to strike.

Amber saw Akira and watched her from a little further away.

When Akira saw a silver fin stick up above the surface, she shot her paw down. She scooped it up onto the bank, placing a paw on its side to stop it from wiggling back into the water.

Amber walked up to her and leaned down to sniff the fish,she had never eaten fish before."That's a nice trick."She commented

Akira looked up. "Thank you." She looked back to the fish, taking its head in her jaws and jerking back. This killed it swiftly, and she took a bite from its abdomen. She spat out the bones beside her.

Amber looked down at the water,curious.She thought she saw a glimpse of moment and dug her paw into the water.Only to end up with nothing.[/quote]

Akira almost wanted to snicker, but she remembered that she had once been a poor fisher, too. "It takes practice," she said.[/quote]

Akira's eyes glinted. "Sure." She shifted a bit so that Amber could see the water better. "You have to wait until one comes close enough first."

She was forgetting what everyone looked like, and found the thought of completely loosing the images of them in her mind truly unbearable. She shuddered away the thought.

Faedon saw some fish swimming about in the river. She tried to resist the urge, but she couldn't. She shot down, scooping up one. "Want this?" she smiled to Sierra, offering it to her.
"Oh no, thanks Faedon. I caught one earlier." Sierra smiled. "I've had LOTS of fish recently... seems to be the only thing I can catch now...." she said the last part very quietly.

Faedno blinked at Sierra sympathetically. "We can go on the hunt my mom and dad are leading later," she offered. "It, uh, might be good practice." She hoped that she wouldn't offend Sierra by adding the last part. She was only trying to help her only friend be as normal as possible without vision.
Sierra nodded, "I think it will, thanks." she smiled.

"There's one." She pointed to a fish that was coming closer to them with her nose. "Do what I did earlier. They are extremely fast, because they have to work swimming against the current, so you'll have to be very fast yourself."
