Quote: "Ah..... um..." Phoenix muttered as she sprinted away. He paused, then bolted after her. "Faedon! Wait!"
Faedon flattened her ears against his words, and tried to block him out. What was he going to say to her? And why did he not want her to leave? Faedon didn't want to stop running... but her desire for companionship stopped her.
I'm gonna regret this... She skidded to a stop, and turned around to face him. "Yeah?" Phoenix's ears drooped, so that he looked like a muscular pup. "Um.... feel free to say no, but... want to meet me here tomorrow?" he asked.
(Do you have Phoenix's pic?)
Faedon blinked, and stood there for just a second. She was unable to believe that someone was actually wanting to be her friend; at least, that was how Faedon registered it. Faedon's face lit up, and for the first time in a long, long while, Faedon smiled genuinely. "I'd love to." Her tail started to wag.
Phoenix grinned. "Okay, well.... see you then." he yipped, turned, and bounded away.
(Daw, he's cute)
Faedon watched him go for a second, blinking a bit. Deep in her chest, she felt something she hadn't felt in a long time... happiness. She gave a small yip of joy, and raced back to Stonepack's densite. (Timeskip?)
(Sure)
Faedon blinked her eyes open groggily. She looked at her wounds, and sighed; what a rough and chaotic fight that had been. She suddenly remembered that she was meeting Phoenix today, and she started to shoot to her paws. She gave a small yelp as searing pain shot through her wounds, but she forced herself to her feet. She glanced around camp, and made her way towards the loner land. Phoenix ran around in circles, chasing a rabbit that kept escaping his attacks. He stumbled and landed SMACK on his nose.
Faedon bit back a laugh as she trotted into the clearing. "You okay?" she called, perking her ears. Faedon knew that he could have been hurt, but she had to admit, that was pretty funny.
