~Run With The Pack~ Wolf Roleplay

"Ack!" Faedon yelped, and stumbled a bit. "Watch where you're going!" she snapped, but blinked when she realized it was Phoenix. "Oh, hey."
Phoenix, a bit taken back, smiled sheepishly. "Sorry, my bad. Didn't see you."

"It's alright," she said coolly, sinking back into a sitting position. She wasn't relaxed, however; instead, her form was rigid again.
Phoenix, offered the rabbit. "Got it for you." he grinned.

Faedon blinked with surprise. "Th-thank you." She looked at him, and then back down to the rabbit. She realized something suddenly: She trusted Phoenix; maybe even more so than she did some of her packmates. When she realized this, a side of Faedon far different from the one Stonepack knew her as seemed to shine through her cold, prickly exterior. She took a small bite of the rabbit, and wolfed it down.
Phoenix touched her shoulder and wagged playfully. "Hey, um, wanna just.... take a jog?"

After eating the rabbit, Faedon raised her head. She licked her chops to clean off the blood, and wagged her tail. "Sure." Her eyes were bright, and a small grin played at the corners of her muzzle.
Phoenix smiled, and ducked low into the grasses. He vanished, and only the sound of his thundering paws could be heard.

Faedon shot after him like a bullet. Her red pelt rippled with waves in the wind as she ran with graceful strides.
Phoenix looked over and grinned, swerving hard to the right and headed toward a grove of trees.

Faedon surged forwards, gracefully leaping over a fallen branch of a pine tree. She gave a joyful howl as she ran.
Phoenix ran on, and soon the sky overhead became dark.

Faedon slowed to a stop, and craned her neck to gaze up at the sky. Its colors shifted from orange, to white, to indigo, to black. Billions of stars glimmered above, and a tannish-gray band stetched across the silky black sky. Faedon sat down, and gazed up at them in awe. The stars, and that band, never ceased to take her breath away. They were by a cliff, and from here, the trees below looked like ants. In the back of her mind, Faedon knew she should head back to the densite... but she didn't.
Phoenix sat down a little ways from her and sighed. "You know what I want to do Faedon?" he seemed to just begin talking.

Faedon looked over at him. Her yellow eyes shone gently in the faint moonlight. "Yeah, Phoenix?"
Phoenix's cream colored ears flicked back and fourth. "I want to be an alpha. A good one too. I want to lead my pack to victory....." his words were lost on the wind, and he reddened. "Sorry. Babbling."

"No, no. I don't mind." Faedon gazed up at the moon. The light gave an almost angelic shine to her face. A new side of Faedon was shining through; she wasn't the rugged, prickly wolf that every wolf in Stonepack, with the exception on Senkah, knew her as. Now, that cold, prickly shell of herself was gone, and the real Faedon was shining through. The sweet, kind wolf that she had once been moons ago.
"Faedon...?" Phoenix turned to look at her. "Um.."

Faedon glanced over at him. "Yeah?"

Faedon suddenly looked hesitant. "C-can't you join?" Her gaze turned a bit desperate. "I'm next in line to be beta. I'm the alpha's daughter. I'll-I'll be alpha someday! We both will!"

Willowsong pelted through what seemed like miles before she reached the StonePack land.

Zero noticed her getting closer and closer to the border. "What are you doing here, Darkpack?" she snarled.

(this is a different timeline from the one with Wildfire)

"They said I couldn't live after what I heard!" she screeched. She trembled under the Stonepack wolf's gaze, and lowered her tail in a sign of submission.

"What did you hear?" Zero looked slightly bewildered, and searched with her eyes behind Willowsong for any pursuing wolves.

Willowsong hesitated. "I don't know if I can trust you," she murmured, looking to her paws.

"With what?" she retorted, "I can't help you if you don't tell me!"

Willowsong pelted away, towards the alpha den. This is going great! she thought, a smirk playing across her muzzle.
Zero reached out a paw to try and trip her.
"Gah! What the heck?" Willowsong glared at Zero.

"Tell me who you are, and why you're here." Zero's jaw was clenched tightly. "Or else I won't call my alphas. And trust me, in these mountains, you'll never find them or our densite by yourself."

Kylee slunk through the forest, searching for scraps of food. The underfed, flea bitten wolf hadn't had a meal in days, and she was starving.

Hunter ran alongside the river bank. He had always loved the river; its tranquility was so calming to him. The water bubbled and made a happy, laughing roar as it rushed over the smooth stones. He bounded over a fallen log, and loped along joyfully, taking swift, graceful strides with each step.

As she stumbled through the forest, a scent came to Kylee's attention. The she-wolf paused, taking a moment to get a good whiff. Another wolf, she thought with horror. She was in no fit state to fight.
