Runaway Chickens?

I'm not sure if this is the right section for my questions so if it isn't I apologise in advance. Okay so I'm looking into getting some chicks this spring and I'm wanting to maybe partial free range them. I have a few close neighbors with chickens and was wondering if I free range will my chickens run off to the neighbors flock? I also might be interested in a rooster and I know one of the neighbors has a rooster, if I free range him will the roosters harass each other?

Of course chickens will be attracted to chickens. They are gregarious little creatures. As for roosters. I think they may have tendencies to duel it out. Fences are your best advice. You must have heard this before. STRONG FENCES MAKE GOOD NEIGHBORS. They will also keep your and their flocks separate.
Build coop and run. Then let them free range when ideal or when you are with them.
