Runner duck balance issue

I have a 4 mon old runner with balance issues. Appears to not have injury. Other ducks are normal. Runner is drinking, eating and washing head. He has eaten flock raiser. He is also scratching his head.

Check to make sure that his ears are not infected or blocked. I'd boost the Niacin in his feed.
