Never mind...Figured it out.
Is this normal. I was outside watching my ducks eat there evening snack and one of the males was beside me and he was cleaning and all that and the next thing I new his boy ducky part (penis) came out and hit the ground. I didn't know ducks did that like Bulls, horses, dogs and all them other boys that just let it hang out like that.![]()

so far every one is fine. They are getting more frisky every day. Fun trying to watch them mate. Some of the guys have no idea what they are doing and the girls wow. They early let them know when they are wanting love. They lay down and put theere head on the ground and they also have no trouble telling the boys no thanks not in the mood. Funny to see a duck chase a drake and telling him off. They are 14 weeks old now. Very close to egg laying age..I got so scared when I first saw mine like this because I honestly thought his intestines were coming out. I should have known though because he had been around the girls before I noticed it hanging out. But I did a Google search and that's just how they are. It should go back in though. Boys apparently can prolapse too so if it doesn't go back, then you should worry.
I had read a duck article ----the duck penis drops off in the fall and they grow a new one every year.
That's the problem I have with my young drake. Don't know what else to do for him besides clean it every night and apply antiseptic.I got so scared when I first saw mine like this because I honestly thought his intestines were coming out.
