My 3-3/4 lb Runner and my 10 lb Pekin get along just fine. As long as you keep drakes out of the mix as Miss Lydia said, I think that is fine. How do runner ducks do with larger breed ducks? Im thinkng of adding two more ducks to the order. A silver appleyard and a saxony. But looks like they are almost double the weight of runners.
Do you all recommend against this?

Love that avatar @Newtochicklets
I like it too. Thanks ! They changed my username.
They will but it's usually in the pool that I see it. I don't think you need to worry. Thanks!
And yes we are keeping out drakes. I have read some females will still get on other girls backs so i wasnt sure if thats a concern?

One of our runners (Dove) gets under every duck in the flock. As far as weight, it isn't a big deal. If they are being very aggressive, the weight can ummmmm.... weigh in. Girls don't normally get too aggressive unless they just can't reconcile the pecking order. Usually once the order is established, the occasional peck is all that happens. Thanks!

Good news!! They are all doing good.I will get some good pics later. Picked up our ducks at the post office a half hour ago.
All 10 - are alive and very active. They had finished all their grow gel. And i have them in with my one week old khaki ducklings
They are all eating and drinking and running around.
Soo happy they arrived safely. Our post office would not let us pick up before they opened so i was getting real concerned
