Runner duck help!!!

I have a runner duckling that may not be sound so well. It just started its hatch today and is currently laying half way in half out of its shell. It is laying down not doing much moving but I can see it still breathing. What do I do for this little guy??? I posted a picture below.

Okay. He is in the incubator hanging out. It looks like he still has some yolk to absorb. How many days will he be that way? When should I start to worry. Also, what temperature should the incubator be set at?

Start to worry day after tomorrow, he should be a little fluffball by then.
