Runner Duckling Color?

Is it too early to tell what color this little one may be as an adult?

Looks like it could be blue

It's a blue and may or may not have a white bib once mature. Last year I hatched out 2 runners that looked like this. The resulting mature color was a charcoal blue with pretty penciling on the back.
