Runner duckling has its head hanging! What is it?

I suggest you get it to the vets, we had this with one of our runners and it turned out to be bacterial infection that needed treating with antibiotics

Vitamins never hurt and most certainly can help. And If vou have an avian vet and the money,By all means use him first and fore most. All great advice. Because it is a duckling it may be a number of things. But your easiest thing to try is the vitamins. Plus never forget this. Sometimes ducks hurt themselves and we are not around to see it. Time will tell. Good luck.
