Runner duckling--Penciled?

I just got 2 ducklings at a swap. One is a "penciled" runner. Is that the same as fawn & white? I never heard of that color before.

Basically, in the United States, Fawn and White is Penciled with two blue dilution genes. The pattern is the same. Penciled Runners are just darker.
