Runners Molting?

I have 2 Chocolate Indian Runner females, they are about 6 months old. Both have already lost all of their baby feathers and were looking good, but now it looks as though they are molting again. I also have 2 apple/runner mixes that are 1 month younger that look great. All are eating, drinking, and acting normal.

Is this normal?

They do go through several molts before getting their adult feathers, as long as they have access to swimming water probably not parasites but I'd look them over real good anyway. But most likely just a second molt. Sometimes giving Poultry vitamins during molt really helps and extra protein some use high quality cat kibble, other puppy chow. Just as a little supplementation though not as feed. and
