"Follow me." She whispered. Hazelkit ran out from the nursery and jumped onto Rainbirds back. Thistlefern sidled up next to Rainbird. Hazelkit nudged her brother and told him to follow her before running out of the nursery. "Snowpaw, come on." Thistlefern mewed, nudging her awake

Confused, Floodpaw followed them.

"Aspenkit, follow me." Hazelkit whispered to her brother, running back into the nursery when he didn't follow her the first time

Snowpaw whimpered in fear and jerked her head up with a gasp, but relaxed a moment later as she saw it was only Thistlefern. Reluctantly, she stood up carefully so she didn’t wake Rosepaw, and followed them.

Aspenkit looked up sleepily and padded out.
