Bramblestar waited patiently. "A cure... at last." He mewed absently“Of course.” She went to the nursery to fetch her.
“A cure?” Lilyflight asked, her eyes widening. “How?”Bramblestar waited patiently. "A cure... at last." He mewed absently
Bramblestar's tail-tip flicked to and fro in excitement. "Maybe the Clan has a chance."“A cure?” Lilyflight asked, her eyes widening. “How?”
Floodlight repeated her explanation.
“Maybe so... May StarClan hope it does.”Bramblestar's tail-tip flicked to and fro in excitement. "Maybe the Clan has a chance."
Smokereed didn't know any longer how far underground he was anymore. All he knew was that he couldn't see anything and he was just using his nose, paws, whiskers, and inner-compass to not get lost and find the flower that was so vital
Bramblestar nodded in agreement.“Maybe so... May StarClan hope it does.”
“Do you know when Smokereed will get back to you?” Lilyflight asked.Bramblestar nodded in agreement.
Hazelkit silently crept out of her nest and sat outside of the leaders den, listening to their conversation
Hazelkit's tail twitched. Smokereed's looking for it? Hmm...“Do you know when Smokereed will get back to you?” Lilyflight asked.
“As soon as he can, that’s all I know,” Floodlight responded. “He knows how desperate we are.”
“Everything,” she admitted. “But he wouldn’t go blabbing it all to his leader. Smokereed’s not like that. Besides, we’re medicine cats, and he had to know the severity of the situation, otherwise he might not hurry as fast as he’d have needed to.”Hazelkit's tail twitched. Smokereed's looking for it? Hmm...
"How much did you tell him exactly?" He asked, wondering how weak another Clan knew they were now
Bramblestar stiffened when she said 'Everything.' but his pelt gradually smoothed as she gave her explanation.“Everything,” she admitted. “But he wouldn’t go blabbing it all to his leader. Smokereed’s not like that. Besides, we’re medicine cats, and he had to know the severity of the situation, otherwise he might not hurry as fast as he’d have needed to.”
Lilyflight nodded. “It makes sense.”
Aspenkit stirred, noticing Hazelkit was no longer in the nest. Slipping out of the nursery, he started looking around.Bramblestar stiffened when she said 'Everything.' but his pelt gradually smoothed as she gave her explanation.
Hazelkit dashed out of camp, toward the ShadowClan border. He's going to need help.
