"Hmm..." He thought for a moment. "The area around Fourtrees is usually pretty quiet. We can meet there around moon-high? I can get Beetlepaw out there and then get a fox to start going after him. He's strong, he should be fine dealing with it on his own for awhile, then I'll run back to camp and get Snowfrost."
“That sounds like a good plan. Tonight?”
"Tonight." He agreed. With that, he turned and began the walk back to camp. The sun was just now beginning to rise and he knew his Clanmates would think that he was out fighting something so he didn't need to rush or worry.
Snowfrost stirred and woke, waking Beetlepaw as they went out hunting.
Beetlepaw grumbled about being up so early to hunt.
“I know it’s early, but the prey will be just coming out. They’ll still be tired, so it’ll be easier hunting. Now see if you can catch something.” They were by Snakerocks now.
"Alright." He agreed reluctantly, tired after his early morning.
She saw patiently and waited, refraining from giving advice because she knew he was capable and would be irritated.
