He felt a tear form, but refused to let it fall. He blinked it back before saying "First chance we get, we're going to have to attack the Dark Forest to get her back. I think you have already come to that conclusion. After what you told me Firstar said, it seems like he's urging us in that direction."
“Take on the whole thing?” Floodlight asked, surprised.
He nodded grimly. "'Everday the Shadow grow stronger,'" He mewed, referencing the prophecy. "The longer we wait, the stronger they get. We have to attack soon."
“Do you want to tell the Clan?”
He hesistated then shook his head. "No. If we do that, Blackblood and any other cats that are loyal to him will find out that we're planning an attack."
She nodded in agreement. “Then what do you want to do?”
He thought for a moment. "We should tell a few cats that we know for sure are loyal to us, swear them to secrecy, and then we should probably try to get a few of them to start training there as spies for us. Kind of like Beetlepaw."
Whiteshine noticed a new cat eating some prey alone. She studied her for awhile before realizing that she was blind, kind of like herself. She walked up to her. "Hi. You're new here, right?" Whiteshine asked warmly
