Flykit squeaked when she felt her mothers paw-steps approaching the nursery. "Mama!" She stood and shook the moss from her pelt, running out of the nursery to greet her with a smileSnowfrost made her way back to camp, determined to go back to her kits.
“Flykit, Featherkit, how are you?” Snowfrost purred, licking her daughter.Flykit squeaked when she felt her mothers paw-steps approaching the nursery. "Mama!" She stood and shook the moss from her pelt, running out of the nursery to greet her with a smile
"Good!" She sniffed a little, her nose wrinkling slightl. "Whos that smell on pelt?" She asked, burying her nose deeper into her mothers pelt to get a better smell of it“Flykit, Featherkit, how are you?” Snowfrost purred, licking her daughter.
“I’ve been out,” she responded, gently nudging Flykit away. She curled up in her nest where Featherkit purred drowsily. Snowfrost sniffed his wound to make sure it hadn’t gotten worse."Good!" She sniffed a little, her nose wrinkling slightl. "Whos that smell on pelt?" She asked, burying her nose deeper into her mothers pelt to get a better smell of it
Her head cocked to the side, she pondered. The smell seemed vaguely familiar to her, but she couldn't figure out where she had smelled it before. "Seem familiar..." She murmured“I’ve been out,” she responded, gently nudging Flykit away. She curled up in her nest where Featherkit purred drowsily. Snowfrost sniffed his wound to make sure it hadn’t gotten worse.
