“Just thought I’d make it clear,” he mewed peevishly, but he was still smiling. He then leapt at her again, claws sheathed, so she could show Sunpaw the move.
 
Lilyflight found herself walking through the forest, swiveling her ears and opening her mouth to let smells wash over her scent glands. Squirrel! She raced up the tree and bit its neck. There! she thought triumphantly. 1. Too bad no one was here to see that. 2. Now to go down carefully... Unless I want a neck similar to this squirrel's...

Whiteshine rolled to the right, as an example that Sunpaw could roll either way and then once Nighthowl landed she jumped onto his back and by using her weight, was able to pin him to the ground. She let him up after a second and told Sunpaw to try the move on a stick that she found. Sunpaw happily tried it out and once Whiteshine pushed the stick towards her, she rolled to the left waited till it stopped moving and pounced on top of it. Whiteshine looked at Nighthowl and said "I'm teaching you to become a mentor, because you will be one one day, so what is your criticism or praise?"

Bramblefall heard a cat moving through the trees and his nose told him it was Lilyflight so he looked at Blackpaw and said "C'mon, we are moving to a different area to hunt now."

He didn’t hesitate, “You did well for a first try, Sunpaw, but don’t wait for your opponent to stop moving, you have to balance your weight and jump them straight away. Every second counts.” He finished.

There! Lilyflight thought happilyy as she hit the ground softly. She buried the squirrel to save it for later and went in a different direction.

"Great job Nighthowl! That is exactly what I would've said." Sunpaw tried the move again and this time leapt on top of it before it had finished moving. Whiteshine told her to try it out on one of them now, and she looked at Nighthowl expectantly.

Whiteshine looked up from her apprentice and said "Of course you can! Maybe you can offer some thoughts when Sunpaw is having trouble." Sunpaw started feeling a little overwhelmed like she was having her battle assessment right then and there since there were so many warriors surrounding her now.
