Blackpaw lurked in his den. He wasn't a cat that cried but he did want to be alone. He didn't want anyone around.

Lilyflight stood outside the apprentice's den. "Blackpaw?" she asked softly. "I won't come in if you don't want me to, but may I?"

"I don't know," she murmured. "I'll go see." Lilyflight padded after him.
(I feel bad because I didn't know they were dead! Sorry Blackpaw!)

Sunpaw ran after LIlyflight and said, no I'll go, I'm his denmate, I know him better.
