*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

"Of course." He purred, putting his tail on her back. "Lark, there's something I want to ask you..." His whiskers twitched nervously, but he knew there was no turning back now. "Will you be my mate?"
Lark's heart fluttered inside her chest. She looked into his eyes and answered, "Of course" She was filled with unimaginable joy. All the bumps in their relationship didn't seem to matter anymore--this moment made up for everything.
She pressed into his dark fur and nuzzled his cheek.

He purred loudly and pressed his cheek to hers. He wrapped his tail around her and pulled her closer

Oakpaw fell asleep, feeling safe and happy with Moonpaw beside him.

Once Rainbird saw they were asleep, she mewed "Are you sure you're going to be okay?"
Moonpaw slept softly and pressed to Oakpaw.

Batpaw sighed and curled into a nest, inviting Rainbird. “Rainy, I’m not sure. It’s so hard. Floodpaw and I... we have to do something... we have to kill someone...” Unwilling to tell her who, he kept his muzzle shut.

Larkpaw was the happiest she'd ever been. She sighed and watched the sun set, side by side with him. Soon, the crickets started chirping. The rocks became chilly, but Larkpaw was warm inside. "Should we tell the others that I am to be expecting kits?" She asked, sweeping her tail around and twining it with his. The sun had set, but the silver moon was just beginning to rise. Larkpaw shivered as she was bathed in the shimmering light of the moon.

“Something will come, a terrible thing with the power to destroy, all that is good. We ha-have to kill Bramblestar but not fully. Just one life. A terrible thing will overtake him and cause great sorrow.” He sighed and shifted away from Rainbird, knowing she was close to that cat.

"Bramblestar? Surely he won't fall for anything!" She mewed, shocked

“He will not fall for anything. Something else will overtake him.” Suddenly wretched snarling filled the den as a fox tramped in. It was I afraid and showed no I sign of aggression to the cats on its back. It struck out a blow on Bramblestar as his mouth dropped worh the foam. Batpaw life’s forward and skillfully dodging killed the fox but bent his head. The time would come soon now.

Rainbird bristled and snarled at the fox. Bramblestar dropped to the ground, unconscience
