*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

Blackpaw had never heard this term before. "Whatever," he groaned. "Do you want me to catch something or not!"
Bramblefall sighed. "Fine, you listed a few different prey. Tell us which one you will be going after and we will do our best to help."

(I will be at school again, so if I don't reply for awhile, that's why.)

Blackpaw spotted a magpie perched on an oak tree a few branches high. Without warning, he crept silently toward the Magpie. His claws pierced the tree. as he slunk up the oak. He crept closer and closer. Never making a peep of sound until he was a nose length away. The magpie sat preening his feathers unaware of the cat behind him. Blackpaw stretched out and nabbed the Magpie who squawked until he gave a killing bite.

Whiteshine's whiskers twitched with amusement at his embarrassment. "We should do this more often"

"I think you should do a very light hunting practice, but make it more to his appeal; dark and brooding." His eyes glittered with amusement "It would do more harm than good, so every few days, let him have the day off. Save battle training for later on, that will be harder to get him interested in."
"Yes, we should. So, other than all this, what have you been up to? I noticed that you seem more relaxed. Has something happened that upset you or...?"

"Just, having an apprentice in general. It takes so much of my time. Don't get me wrong, I love mentoring her, but some days I just need a day to myself. And this is one of those days. I sometimes feel like I could do more for her, but I don't know what." Whiteshine sighed and listened to the wind going through the trees.

"Good job, Blackpaw!" Bramblefall called up from where he was standing "Next time, tell us before you go crawling up trees. Be careful coming down, we don't want any injuries!"
