Lilyflight could smell shrew. Carefully, she made her way over to it. She knew she wouldn't be able to pounce well, so instead she crept until the shrew was practically in her paws. Then she shot her head forward and dispatched a killing bite.

Sunshine jaw dropped and flicked her tail. "Wow that was amazing!"

Sunshine lightly nodded and turned to Lilyflight. "How are you and how have you been? I always thought Bramblefall liked you. I can't wait to see your kits."

"Thanks!" she responded. "I've been well. I'm nervous, but excited. I just hope I can be a good mother," she fretted.

Realizing she was the only one without prey, she dropped into a crouch and crept toward a hare. She was just close enough and shot out. She batted it to the ground and felt it's muscles struggle. She killed it quickly but the little fight drained her. "Caught it."

"I hope so. And I think from the looks of it I'll have quite a first time with so many..." she added, whiskers twitching slightly.
