"Pretty much. This is what I heard while I was there:
"That's very strange... And horrible! How are you supposed to train if you can't sleep at night?" she asked, giving her a few worried licks.
"Maybe I can sleep during the day like you do." she mewed, feeling comforted by her tongue
"You could, but then what about your training? You can't become nocturnal forever, and you need your warrior training." Lilyflight continued licking her, getting the last of the dirt off.
"Well maybe I should kill him before he kills me, then Fangheart would have to find new recruits and Blackpaw wouldn't be a threat anymore."
"Oh, please don't suggest that!" Lilyflight begged. "Killing is not okay under any circumstances except self defense, so unless Blackpaw jumps you you can't kill him. Besides, a warrior does not need to kill to win their battles. Only kill if it's what you absolutely need to do to survive, or if it was an honest accident." She continued licking her even though she was clean. She didn't entirely know why, but it comforted her to feel that she was alive underneath her tongue, despite what she'd been through.
"I know, I was only half kidding. What can I do then? At some point, no one will be able to be with me and that's when Blackpaw will make his move."

Lilyflight sighed, curling herself more tightly around Sunpaw. Or as tightly as her kits allowed. "I don't really know," she admitted. "I know you can't sleep during the day for forever, you can't have someone with you at all times for forever, and we can't avoid Blackpaw forever. Something needs to be done, and soon. But what? That's the question. I know we need to deal with him, but I don't know how or when. He's turning dangerous, and is now willing to kill." She shook her head sadly. "I don't know what happened to that cat. How can he turn from a bit annoying to a killer? I don't understand. Perhaps if there was a single elder that was alive back when this happened for the first time, we would know more. But there isn't. It all happened far too long ago."
