"The... the, the prey..." stuttered Foxtail looking down at the shrew. What had she done? She had killed the leader. She had betrayed her clan. Foxtail bolted out of the den so the other cats couldn't see her cry.

Lilyflight watched her go, and her heart twisted. Just because Foxtail brought it doesn't mean she tampered with it. She looked at her dead leader. The leader who had helped the Clan through so much for so long.

Feathersky found Bramblefall entering her den. "Yes?" she asked still organizing herbs.

"Robinstar is dead and I need to go to the Moonstone."
