She couldn't find anything to say. "Thank you," she whispered, giving a small nod. "Your sister will be a warrior soon, and I'm sorry I couldn't have found a way for you to be there to congratulate her."

Rainpaw's eyes twinkled and she smiled. When Rainkit returned to her body, she thought to Lilyflight 'Rainpaw wants you to know, in a way she will be there to congratulate her, she will attend the ceremony.'

"I know she will," Lilyflight murmured. Laying her head down by Brambelstar's, her exhaustion started to take its toll, and she was soon asleep.

Rainkit and Thistlekit curled beside her and fell asleep too, knowing that they were safe because they each had their own StarClan cat watching over them.
