Rainkit decided she didn't want to go back in the nursery, so she bolted up the nearest tree while she wasn't looking and made it to where she couldn't see her.

Lilyflight looked back and saw that Rainkit was gone. "Thistlekit, where's your sister?" she asked.

Thistlekit got the hint that Rainkit didn't want to go back inside yet, and he decided he would help her out. "I don't know." He mewed and ran into the nursery to keep from laughing

She looked around, feeling worried and like he wasn't telling her something. "Rainkit, where are you?" she called. When she got no answer, she turned to face Sunstrike. "Did you see her go anywhere?"

Rainkit felt guilty for making her worry, so she quickly scrambled down and acted like nothing happened. "What do you mean? She's right there." Sunstrike replied

"What in StarClan?" she muttered as she turned to find Rainkit sitting there, looking perfectly innocent. Yeah, a little too innocent. She remembered the days when Whiteshine and Strikewhisper would give that look when they came back from sneaking out of the nursery. Lilyflight hurried over to her and gave her a lick on the ears. "Why didn't you answer when I called?" she asked.
