She let out a snort of laughter. “”Next time I’ll take the hint, don’t worry.”

Flamefrost tried to hide her amusement.

"Of course." She nodded and went back into the den, coming back with marigold a few moments later. She chewed it into a poultice and worked it into her scratches.

“Thanks,” she sighed as the juices crept in. Her ears pricked at Bluetail’s moan. “He’s not getting better, is he?” she asked sadly.
