*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

Soon, they barked again, this time a tiny bit closer to camp.

Rosepaw was suddenly alert too, twitching his nose and exchanging a glance with Snowfrost
She returned the glance, feeling on edge. She flicked her tail nervously and, crouching low, peeked her head out.
"Alright." He sighed reluctantly, letting out a yawn.
“Now go to sleep.” She licked Lionkit’s fluffy head.

Brackenkit was already fast asleep, his head lolled to one side.

Rosepaw stood and crept out beside her, hoping Floodlight wouldn't notice.

The foxes barked once more, they were now at the training hollow.

Lionkit gave in and snuggled in next to his brother.

Sunstrike's fur bushed as she heard a fox bark close to camp. She slowly stood, careful not to wake her kits, and crept out of the den, claws out

Great, Snowfrost thought. With another flick of her tail, she raced silently into the camp and into the nursery, shaking Lilyflight awake with one paw.

“What is it?” Lilyflight asked groggily.

“Foxes keep getting closer to the camp,” she whispered. “They’re in the training hollow already.”

“I’ll get a few warriors to be ready,” Lilyflight whispered back, getting up carefully and treading to the warrior’s den. She woke Redfrond, Batclaw, and Rainbird.

Sunstrike was standing in the middle of the camp, her gaze fixed on the entrance of the camp, her claws out and teeth bared, remembering her young sister Rainpaw.

Rosepaw stood a few lengths behind her, also ready for the attack.

Redfrond, Batclaw, and Rainbird were soon out. Redfrond stood beside Snowfrost, while Rainbird and Batclaw took up the back.
