Snowfrost waved her tail in greeting. “Hunting?”

"Sure!" SageHeart happily agreed to Snowfrost who was happily waving their tale. "Rabbits or rats?" He asked, already forgetting his aching heart for hunting was something that, like fighting, took his mind off of everything.

SageHeart silently stalked his prey, not wanting to startle her, she was a young jackrabbit and already knew something was up. He crept a little closer and when he was close enough, he pounced, heading for the kill, but the rabbit was fast and moved making it so he caught the tail instead. Refusing to let go he dug his claws into the creatures neck instead. A good meal he decided.
