She nodded sadly and raced out. She called to Rainbird, who she saw eating, hoping she’d see the urgency in her eyes.
Rainbird's head shot up and her fur bushed a little. Something was wrong. She nudged Thistlefern who was eating beside her and they both went over to her. "What's going on?"
“Bramblestar’s dying,” she choked, eyes wide with distress. “He wants to say goodbye. Can you get your siblings and anyone else who wants to say farewell?”

SageHeart watched from a distance, near the kits who were busy tearing the rabbit apart and fighting over choice pieces. He did not know what was happening but he could tell that something was wrong, very wrong.
