*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

(Ok, so there are a few things you should know. The Clan leaders last part of their name is always star. An apprentices last part of their name is always paw, and a kits last part of their name is always kit. After a leader dies, their deputy must travel to Mouthermouth to see StarClan and get their nine lives as well as the 'star' in their name. Then they must appoint a new deputy by midnight of that night. The deputy arranges all of the patrols and is the leaders most trusted cat.)
(Here is book one if you would like to read it: http://readwarriorbooks.weebly.com/uploads/2/1/2/4/21247290/01_into_the_wild.pdf)

(ok thanks)
SageHeart felt he should leave but he could not leave the leaders young ones alone with their grief.

Flykit bounced up to him, unaware what was happening in the leaders den behind him. "Want to play moss-ball?" She asked
"Oh, um... sure, I guess..." He stammered, thankful for something to distract him. "Let's go over here," he suggested, not wanting to get too far away from the young apprentices but also not wanting the young kit to know what was going on.

"Oh, my sweet kits. You don't know how much it pains me to say goodbye for the last time." He swayed a little on his paws, the edge of his vision turning to black. He shook his head viciously, clearing his vision and regaining is balance. Not. Yet. He thought fiercely. "And I will always be here. I'll be right in the crowd, calling your warrior names during the ceremony, giving you strength and courage in the middle of a battle. I will never truly leave you."
"Will you always been watching from StarClan?”

"Okay!" She agreed happily. "Featherkit! Moss-ball!" She called over her brother while scraping together a clump of moss
"Will you always been watching from StarClan?”
"Of course." He purred. "I'll be watching all of you all the time."

Featherkit hesitated. Something felt wrong. Very wrong. But what was it?

He snuggled closer to his father like he was a kit again.

She cocked her head. "Featherkit?" Her brother hardly ever refused a good game of moss-ball. "What's wrong?"

He wrapped his paws around the youngest of his children, grooming each of them in turn

“Something’s wrong around here,” he said softly. “Snowfrost?”

His mother padded over to him. “What is it, little one?”

“Do you feel it?”

She, as a matter of fact, had. Something wasn’t right.
