I call those 'Juicy Poops'.
Did you feed them anything new and different today?

Nope, they went outside for a little today that would be the only new thing

If it's a one time thing, then I wouldn't worry. Could have been stress from going outside, new things can impact the poop.

Ditto... if only on occasion, not to worry.
They can also have juicy poops in summer heat when they drink more water that goes right thru them to shed body eat.....or if you feed them watery fruit, watermelon will produce some interesting colors.

I have 2 sliver laced wyandottes and they dont seem to be very social...they always stay side by side eachother...they dont like to explore and they are 16 weeks so they will be going in the big coop...but they cry at nite to go back to their grow up coop
