Runny/odd poop

Good afternoon,
I have 5 hens, all just over 1 year old. One hen, Oliver has had odd poop for three days. The first day she was slightly lethargic with her tail horizontal. I gave her calcium citrate + D3 and she perked up significantly the next day, eating, drinking and keeping up with the other girls when I let them out. Her poop is still runny with a little bit of white residual poo on her rear. I have not soaked her (yet!) as she is really resistant to being held and I do not want to stress her more. Her crop was empty yesterday morning. The photos are from the three days of odd poo. The first is the oldest and the third was just 20 min ago. The other four hens are eating, drinking, laying and pooping like normal.
Any insights are welcomed!

Is Oliver still laying egg? When was the last egg?
Check for worms/lice/mites
Dirty vent?
Is there any treat/feed different than normal?

The feed and treats are not different. I cannot tell her eggs from three of the other hens unfortunately. She has been spending time in the roost/nesting area in the mornings though. I have not detected any mites or lice. Is there a de-wormer that you would recommend for everyone, just in case?

It would be good if you know she has lay egg.

Is there any signs that your flock have worm?
Do you treat your flock for worm on schedule like twice a year or only when they have worms?
I only treat my flock worm medication when I see signs that indicate worms.

I am in Australia so we might have different worm medication than in the US. Where are you on planet earth?

My chickens had poops like that once in awhile, but they behave normal and then it back to normal poops, I give them different treat to their feed and I notice the different poops with that.

I'm in New Mexico, USA.
This is a great reason to put a little camera in the nesting area! I don't treat regularly for worms but I will inspect all poo tomorrow for signs. I will get de-wormer tomorrow to have on hand and keep monitoring her behaviors. That said, we've not had a regular winter at all, really warm and windy. I suspect this will be a crazy spring and summer for mosquitoes, ticks, and every other unpleasant pest and parasite out there.

My choice for a wormer would be albendazole 0.5 ml orally and repeated in 10 days, or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 0.23 ml per pound given for 5 consecutive days. Most feed stores have SafeGuard, and here is where to find albendazole in small quantities:
