Runny Poo

I noticed one of my chickens had very runny poo. I was trying to catch her at the time, so she may have been stressed, or she may have a problem. How should I treat this?

I'd just watch her. Hopefully it will resolve on its own. Simply drinking extra in hot weather can do this.
