Runny Poop and Feather matting

I Recently Acquired 2 New Red Comet Hens... And They have very running poop with some discoloration that is matting there feathers around there butt... they seem to be eating and drinking ok... i just hope they don't have anything serious or they could give to the rest of the flock.., my chickens are free range... could it be there diet or how they where kept before i got them?

I've only had them for 2 days now.

Looks like Vent Gleet. She will need to be bathed in epsom salt bath. I will post a few links for you here.
