My flock has runny poop and im very worried it could be cocci. Could feeding them treats be a cause. (they eat oatmeal-cooked, fresh veggies, bread, and noodles) What else can be a cause for runny poo besides cocci????

How old are your chickens? Are they all the same age?
Do they look unhealthy--e.g. not moving around, hunched up, feathers ruffled, chilled?
Are all the poops runny or just once in a while (watch them for a while) some runny poo is normal, such as cecal poo. Check poo color etc...
Do they have access to grit? FRESH water, no poo in it?
The treats sound okay, but I would limit access to bread and noodles, esp. if these are not whole grain.
