i fed them all plain yogurt Dan. they loved it!

will they eat off yogurt dan? any other suggestions cause I feed my hens leftovers (all vegies and occasionaly meat) shellgrit oats and chook pellets, are you sure yogurt will help?

I have same problem with young birds. I found it is improtant to clean the water daily, and use bleach, and a brush. I like to get inside and be sure bottle gets really clean. One time I actually found some bacteriar or mildew of dark color growing on the inside of the bottle. I took care of that and next day the chicks improved.

This is not to say that I accomplish what I believe in doing. Just that I try to work at it.

I don't know what is causingit this time. It is dark and not the chick I suspected it was. It is actually the stronger of the two chicks. I learned this when it poohed in my hand. A bird in the hand is worth....?

I don't know if this is helpful at all, but keep us updated. I want to know other's experiences.

Hey! we're about 7 minutes from you! It is so pretty there. Still so rural. We don't get there very much right now. I sure hope my cabin is still standing with all the snow.

wow! cabin should be fine.only about 14 inches snow now. it is beautiful!
