Runny poop

I have six chicks and each one has the runny poops. I don't know what to do. One has a little blood (or that is what it looks like) in it poop. Please Help!!!

This is good to know. My chicks are 8 weeks old and some were pooping very watery poos and one pooped only water with a chicken feather in it.

This was a few days ago though when we were experiencing a major heat wave. They weren't panting but it was stuffy in their coop although not too hot I didn't think because they are in a thick brick carriage house which is shaded for part of the day. Maybe she was drinking lots of water. More than usual.

I do have a fan going now though. They seem happy and are eating and drinking lots.
