I just got three chicks yesterday and I noticed the Buff has runny poop. I've tried searching around to see what's wrong but I can't seem to find anything.

Is this just stress or something more serious?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It certainly could be stress.
How warm are they?
What are they eating?
How old are they?
You could give your buff a tiny bit of cooked rice...maybe 2 or 3 grains.

Are these "day old" chicks? Are you feeding medicated chick feed? Are you giving any type of medication through the water, (ie aureomycin, LS50, terramycin, etc.)? These would be good to know before using any received advice. For my young chicks, I feed boiled egg for the first couple of days along with the chick starter. If the buff is eating and drinking and not "acting" sick, I'd just watch and see for now. Good luck with your lil' ones...

Thanks for your help. She's better now so it must have just been stress. They're all doing great and are pretty funny to watch.
