Runny stool

I have this hen in the house that I been taking care of. But the last few days I have noticed a white runny stool. I use newspaper where I have her because I don't normally keep them long for recovery. But with the newspaper it's just all wet like someone dumped water on it then I seen her back end and seen a liquid white as in picture.. I was wondering if anyone has anyone knows what this might be and what I can do to treat it..other then this she is a health bird she eats drinks and very active. Thank you in advance

Did this hen have a prolapsed vent?

To me, it looks like she may have leaking urates, hard to tell. What does it smell like? Strong Yeasty Smell or Urine/Ammonia?

Puppy pads are great to line cages/kennels, you may want to try those, they absorb moisture better than newspaper.

Yes this hen did have a prolapse thankfully not bad. That's the reason I brought her in side and took care of her and the stool was normal and everything. Once I got her treated I introduced her back into the flock. After awhile I thought it was ok to let her in with them after a week of so they the flock started pecking at her vent and got it all bloody and again and looked like a prolapse the same day I place her out with the flock and I checked to make sure everything looked good before I placed her out.. so I brought her back over but the stool was stool good till just recently.

On the photo, it looks like she may still be healing from the prolapse.
What you are seeing may just be leaking urates if the vent was picked at and damaged.

I'd keep her cleaned up really well, apply oil or ointment to the vent. It wouldn't hurt to give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for 5days in row.

See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed (layer/all flock) limit treats (scratch/corn/seeds) and also provide Grit (Crushed Granite) and Oyster Shell free choice.

Has she been dewormed recently? If so, what was used and the dose?
