Runt Chick Turns Bully...

So we had a runt chick that we separated from the others after they pecked him and made him bleed...We made a divider out of hardware cloth and put him in the brooder so he can see the others...He peeps incessantly to be with them, but when we try to reintergrate him, he pecks the others and won't leave them alone...He's literally half the size of the others and he bullies them terribly...Any ideas on what's playing out and how to resolve it???

They have to sort it out, it's what they do.

Make sure there's no excessive blood, or guts, and they will all fall in line. If there is, well, chickens can and will be culled at every age.
