Sorry if this is in the wrong subject but anyway, I have a 3 month or so old Jersey giant hen, I have started to worry because from the start she has been a good size smaller than the others, sometimes he wanders off alone and doesn't seem to care, I'm just worried if she isn't eating. I read at the place I got her from that these ladies were supposed to be bigger in size. Should I o serve if she is eating or not and then take this to worry mode, i am pretty much a freak for worrying over this but please help.

Easiest way to tell if she is getting enough to eat is to check her crop at the end of the day. You will feel it on the right side of her breastbone. I always recommend two feeders no matter the flock size in case one or more of the other birds is keeping her from eating. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a second option for her to eat from.
Sometimes runts happen. If she's eating (check the crop), active and in all other ways acting like a normal chicken, I would advise just keeping an eye on her.

If she starts to show any signs of illness, be sure and check back with a post about the symptoms.
