I ordered some splints of different sizes a few days ago that should be arriving on Wednesday. I have felt the back of the messed up leg but didn't compare to the other. I will do that tonight though. I don't know where to take the duck to the vet other than a place that I had a bad experience with a pigeon. I will need to do more searching for vets. I got the wrap that they put on your arm when you give blood and isn't sticky and had used that to splint it's leg (at 4 days old) as straight as was comfortable for the duckling, left it on for a few hours, came back to check on it and freaked out because I thought I wrapped it too tightly because there was poor circulation to the foot but I'm glad to know that I wasn't the cause for it. It wasn't wrapped tight at all, I just didn't notice the temp difference between the two feet before wrapping the leg. I will also look into Poultry Cell.
