runt or disease?

one of my chickens (a hamburg) is extremely small compared to my cuckoo maran.
I'm not sure whether she is supposed to be that why or has a disease because she's not a bantam.
any info is greatly appreciated.

Hamburgs are small standard chickens, maybe half the size of marans as adults. Is she acting normally? You could always post a picture if she doesn't look right or seem to be developing right.
