The first thing is to place her in a crate where you can treat her conveniently and so other chickens will not injure her vent. She is prolapsing and that usually means egg binding. Give her a calcium tablet right now. It's needed to stimulate her contractions to get the egg out.

I always use a 5 to 10 cc syringe filled and squirt a solution into her vent into her vent to flush flush flush
I'd get some calcium into her, see if she's able to expel the material. Hard to tell if it's Salpingitis or not. Keep the exposed tissue moist with oil, honey or some type of ointment so it doesn't dry out. Keep the hen hydrated.

Mix up, for fly strike, and can't get them all
