I'd get some calcium into her, see if she's able to expel the material. Hard to tell if it's Salpingitis or not. Keep the exposed tissue moist with oil, honey or some type of ointment so it doesn't dry out. Keep the hen hydrated.I always use a 5 to 10 cc syringe filled and squirt a solution into her vent into her vent to flush flush flush
