We picked these up a few days ago at the local Rural King. $.50 each and unknown breed. Was also curious on age and gender. If anyone has any clue, it would be a great big help! I'm thinking the larger 6 are probably some type of EE and the small two are some type of bantam. (Thank for taking down your signs Rural King) See update below pics.

UPDATE: For all of you that guessed that I had a 1:1 ratio, you were correct, however, the males did not turn out light at all, so no RSL males. And instead they look like this. They are 16 weeks old here. Females are def. RSL

Cute! My guesses are:

1) ISA Brown or other sex link - all pullets - look very similar to my ISA Brown pullets
2) If it's a bantam, perhaps a Gold Sebright mix?

The first chick has a rather rooish comb, though ....

The first six are Golden Comets. These a great chickens for egg production. This is the main sex link that Rural King sells. You got a great deal at 50 cents each. Also they are all hens. I don't know what the others are.

Hi ,
the last chick you posted looks EXCATLY !!! like my chick riley who is a Black silkie golden sebright cross
they litterally ar mirror images of eachother so that is probolly what your chick is
