I think I will continue to let them get used to the barnyard, and then let them decide if they want to stay or??? This has really messed with my mind. Do you need a license to own a black ringneck pheasant in Ohio? We buy chicks at Rural King and if I got in this same situation could I keep it without a license/permit? Thx,
